At Hairline Ink, customer satisfaction is our main priority. We know the emotional and social strain that hair loss and hair thinning can have on a person, and we take multiple steps to ensure that once you undergo scalp micropigmentation, you leave knowing that your suffering is over forever.
Because of our dedication to this goal and the time and energy we have devoted to our craft, follow-up appointments are rare. The first two appointments are covered within your initial fee, and most patients are satisfied after these treatments. If you find that you want to pursue a darker color or want to change something about your results, there is a flat 700 dollar fee for 1.25 hours of work. If you need more extensive work, this fee increases to 1,050 dollars for 2.5 plus hours. However, rarely do customers proceed to a third appointment.
In even fewer cases, some clients may request a fourth appointment. If you are dissatisfied with your scalp micropigmentation after three appointments, we will cover the fourth procedure at no cost to you so long as the treatment takes place within the first year after your initial procedure. Again, fourth appointment are extremely rare because we have perfected our procedure to be effective after just two treatments. Our team at Hairline Ink has worked extensively to prevent the need for additional appointments, but we are happy to provide them if necessary to give you the confidence you desire.
Many clients go many years without ever needing a touch-up. If you follow the care procedure outlined after your appointment, it may be over a decade before you ever need to schedule a follow-up. Even then, our pigment will not fade into a blue or greenish color like a typical tattoo – the color will remain and will keep the look of a 3D hair follicle.
